LOVOL Conducts Large-Scale Customer Visits and Support Activities in Zambia

Strengthening Field Service and Driving Continuous Product Improvement

Recently, LOVOL Intelligent Agriculture organized technical and service teams to carry out a large-scale customer visit and support initiative across multiple regions in Zambia. The activity covered a broad range of users, including individual farmers, commercial farm owners, and relevant government institutions. Through on-site service and in-depth communication, LOVOL further strengthened its local service presence while gaining valuable insights into real-world agricultural practices and customer needs.

Getting Closer to the Field and Real-World Applications

During the visits, LOVOL engineers and service personnel traveled directly to farms and operating sites to observe how tractors are used in daily agricultural operations. The team engaged in detailed discussions with users regarding operating habits, workload intensity, and application scenarios across different farming stages.

By combining field observation with direct user feedback, LOVOL conducted systematic research into typical working conditions such as land preparation, planting, and transportation, laying a solid foundation for future product optimization.

On-Site Maintenance and Technical Support

As part of the initiative, the service teams provided professional equipment inspections, routine maintenance support, and practical maintenance guidance tailored to local operating environments. Key components were checked, and targeted recommendations were offered to help users improve machine reliability and extend service life.

This hands-on, field-based service approach enabled LOVOL to address user concerns promptly while reinforcing confidence in both product quality and after-sales support.

Engaging Farm Owners and Government Institutions

In addition to individual farmers, the LOVOL team also held discussions with large farm owners and representatives of local government institutions. Exchanges focused on the current level of agricultural mechanization, equipment application models, and future technology demands.

By engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels, LOVOL gained a comprehensive understanding of Zambia’s agricultural structure, crop types, farming practices, and policy environment—critical inputs for shaping localized market and product strategies.

User-Driven Development for Continuous Product Optimization

LOVOL remains committed to a customer-centric approach to product development. During the visits, the team collected detailed feedback on key aspects such as power configuration, operational comfort, durability, and ease of maintenance, while also studying local agronomic practices and working conditions.

These insights will be systematically shared with LOVOL’s R&D and engineering teams, directly supporting future product improvements and the development of new models better suited to African farming conditions.

Building Long-Term Partnerships Through Service Excellence

LOVOL believes that high-quality products must be supported by professional, continuous service. Through regular customer visits and technical engagement, the company not only delivers tangible value to local users but also builds long-term, trust-based partnerships in Zambia.

Looking ahead, LOVOL Intelligent Agriculture will continue to expand its service efforts across Zambia and other African markets, remaining close to users and agricultural realities. By doing so, LOVOL aims to actively support agricultural mechanization and sustainable development while growing together with farmers and partners across the continent.
